Fit For a Goddess is a Pole fitness studio that blends sensual movement, strength training, and spiritual connection through pole dance and empowering classes. Founded over 21 years ago on the island of Oahu to help all reconnect with their innate strength and spirit, our classes combine modern fitness with a vertical pole for a full mind-body-spirit experience.
Whether you're flying on a pole, flowing through floorwork, or building core strength, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we uplift each other. All bodies and backgrounds are WELCOME and CELEBRATED!

New to Fit For a Goddess? Start with an Intro Class to get a feel for the empowering, full-body experience we offer. This 90-minute class gives you a taste of our signature movement style and what to expect in the full series.

Commit to your growth with a
5-week Level series
Our core classes run in 5-week level series, with one 90-minute class per week. This format gives you time to build strength, confidence, and muscle memory in a supportive environment.
We recommend completing at least three full 5 week Level series to fully experience the transformation that comes with consistent practice. Many of our students make the series a regular part of their fitness and self-care routine.
